PREMISES OFFICERS - TERMS
The Greenwood Team
All personnel are employed by Greenwood UK and we take full responsibility for all the administration in relation to their employment. For the client this means no tax or national Insurance paperwork and since we also take the strain of covering any holiday or sickness leave, you are able to concentrate on the responsibilities of your own role.
We take up references and apply for a CRB check as part of our recruitment process and our personnel all wear the Greenwood Corporate Clothing and carry security ID. The clothing comes in a range of styles and can be varied to suit the client or the responsibilities of a particular job.
Similarly, we appreciate that clients have varying requirements of their premises officers and we are happy to work with you to tailor our service to suit the needs of the site in which our employee will operate. Otherwise, the employee’s responsibilities on site will be limited to those specified in these Terms and Capabilities.
At Greenwood UK we view training as a continuous process of improvement and we work closely with schools and Boroughs to identify and resolve training needs. We are keen to ensure that our employees have the relevant training to the appropriate standard for the sites in which they are working and that they fulfil the training requirements of the client.
All premises Officers have basic training in the following key areas:

• Fire precautions
• Various types of Fire Extinguisher and their use
• Dealing courteously with visitors

• Health & Safety at Work
• Minor maintenance repairs. (Major repairs or maintenance contracts enquiries should be referred to our Maintenance Division)
