PREMISES OFFICERS - RATES

Day Rates:

Price Band A - minimum of 8 hours continuous working : £9.55 ph
(Charged at O/T £13.42 ph after 9 hrs)

Price band B - more than 2 but less than 8 hours continuous working or split shifts £11.95 ph

Price band C - 2 hours or less (minimum 1 hour) continuous working £23.95 ph

Open and/or Lock up
Open and/or Lock ups are charged at one hour each £23.95 ph
Daily Site check £56.95

Daytime contracts and open and/or lock up services are charged at time and a half on weekends and double time on Public holidays.

Unfortunately you will be liable for the new congestion charges if you are in the affected area.

Please note:
• Statutory rest breaks will be assessed on an individual job basis

• For contracts of less than 40 hours or one week duration a one off charge of £38 will be payable to cover the collection of keys, liaison with the Premises Manager and familiarisation with any alarm systems.

• In the unusual event of our operative being unable to attend the premises we will supply a replacement at the earliest possible moment.

• Rates are negotiable for long term and specialist contracts

Key Holding Service
Basic out of hours key holding service £425pa

Weekly rate £86.75 pw

Call out charge £56.95

The call out charge includes the following:

• Attending the premises

• Checking for signs of forced entry

• Carrying out minor repairs to secure the premises (with any materials charged to the client)

• Resetting the alarm

• Where securing the premises or resetting the alarm is not possible a security officer will remain at the site and this will be charged at an hourly rate of £23.95.
