Project Management

We see project management not only as a process by which we can ensure that work is being completed to schedule, budget and in full communication with the client; but also as an opportunity to monitor the level of care that our clients receive. Essentially we manage projects at two levels:

Office based - Our fully trained office personnel provide expert back up to our site-based operatives. Contracts and projects are logged electronically onto our client databases and work is carefully tracked from receipt of project brief, through assignment of resources, the duration of works and the job sign off process. We can, at any given time, provide a snap shot of the status of a job or a breakdown according to costs, trade or time period. We are currently investigating the options for providing clients with secure access to a web-based project tracking system so they can check the status of a job whenever it suits them.

On site - We will provide trained operatives to undertake all projects and they work to the agreed Job Action Plan, under the supervision of a senior site operative. All staff have personal protection equipment, are Health and Safety trained and have knowledge of all plant. Ad hoc site inspections are carried out by members of the senior management team on a regular basis.
