Building & Maintenance Division
We are an approved contractor for many London Boroughs and we also have the Maintenance contract for number of Estate and Letting Agents. Accordingly, we are experienced in a range of disciplines:
- Painting and decorating - internal and external
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Kitchen, washroom and staffroom refurbishments
- Electrical installation and testing
Recent projects include a variety of new builds including several houses, which were sold prior to completion and a number of purpose built homes for the disabled.
We also hold Measured Term Contracts for various schools, shops and supermarkets across the South East.
